Dalee’s 30-minute videos will teach you new skills in dance, tumbling, and cheerleading each day, and are for all ages and levels of experience. Mondays and Wednesdays will be mostly cheer and tumbling, while Tuesdays and Thursdays will focus on dance and aerobics.
