Thank you to this year’s participating organizations and individuals who volunteered their time toward making the Camp happen, and the biggest thank you to all the students and families who joined us!
Welcome to week two of Camp Summer Shake Up! See below for all the new activities on Monday, June 8, 2020. And don't forget you can always see what activities have been posted on previous days by going to each organization on the home page.
- Join the Chinati Foundation to learn about how drawing is a way of seeing and how to make your own sketchbook. They've also posted a guide for parents teaching art at home!
- Join Audrey with Marfa Studio of Arts in reading Eraser by Anna Kang and then doing some drawing using an eraser of your own!
- Join Marfa Live Arts for the first day of Choir Camp!
- Join Read Marfa for their first read aloud of the week, reading The Smallest Girl in the Smallest Grade by Justin Roberts (read by Susan Kirr), What If... by Samantha Berger (also read by Susan Kirr), and Alfred's Nose by Vivienne Flesher (read by Kelly Ramsey).
Don't forget, new videos and activities will post daily at 10:00 am. See you tomorrow!
